Our annual Chefs for Trails is a unique culinary experience on the scenic river valley trails of Manuels River. Newfoundland Chefs highlight their culinary talents with local ingredients from the fall harvest. Your hike will guide you through 9 interactive food stations along the Manuels River trails. Experience each of the Chef’s plates prepared with local food producers’ ingredients. A choice of the craft breweries, a selection of wines, and flavorful hot cider will be available for you to enjoy. Entertainment will be provided by local musicians while you take in the picturesque views along Manuels River.
